I don't know how such big companies manage to ship the worst-engineered apps. Can you imagine: they initially let you create an account with a password that can have more than 12 characters, but when you get to the payment for a Recharge Téléphonique, they prompt you to enter your password but this time with a 12-character limit! They never set this limitation on sign-up and it looks like they're not even aware of this inconsistency as it seems many users have been having password issues. Yikes!

I can't pay my phone monthly subscription. Whenever i get to the UI that says to select the debt to be paid it gives me an error...The app has gone through 3 software updates yet the error remains.

First use and i regret create account .. the app bugged without an error message, can't add cash to pay for playstore as expected.. nothing works.. At least you can add disable or delete account from setting.. now i have to go to IAM store or retail to close the account.. what a waste of time and energy.. i thought you gave us a solution but instead you just create more problem...
