Sending a package is also easy via the app. Looking for a PostNL point? You can also easily find these in the app.
Curious about what mail is on its way to you? Activate My Post so that you also have a complete overview of all your mail (note: only available in the Netherlands).

seems like a great app from the outside, but leaves a lot to wish for, not all functions are working, like creating a 'retour' (return) label, it leads to a dead end. Also basic options, like confirming that you received a delivery when it still proclaims to be 'delayed' (for days), or letting them know that you never received it when the status is 'delivered'. Basically all the things you would want to use an app like this for, are not present or not working, lol..

Only Dutch language for an app that tracks packages sent internationally. Other than that, it's really not reliable and the UI/UX needs an upgrade. Features are also behind compared to other players like bpost

Great when it works. Recent updates in Sep & Okt 24 have caused it to completly stop working. Un/reinstall try to log in? Get a advertisment in your media player followed by a message telling link not ready. V10.10.1 23Okt packages show but no briefs and still unable to log in as above so must be 'sort of' loged in but not 100🤷‍♂️
