sound quality is good, very comfortable in ears, and set up is easy. However, sometimes when I'm moving or exercising with the buds in, one or both of them will shut off or get very quiet for a second and go back to normal. It makes music and my tempo less enjoyable and it's very noticeable. The battery runs out a bit quicker than advertised too.

I would love to customize the connect message. If I'm switching to the earbuds from another device, I don't want to wait the 5-10 seconds for the voice to give me all those details. I just want a short beep. Sadly, the latest update took away most of the customizations. You used to be able to control what the buttons do. Now you're stuck with defaults. I won't be buying Skullcandy in the future

I had tried to connect my Crusher Evos to this app with my Motorola phone when I had bought them about a month or two ago and it kept saying that they weren't in close enough proximity and refused to connect. I had tried last month as well and still nothing. but I just redownloaded to see if they finally got it working and they did! Seems to be a good enough app, nothing will compare to the soundcore customization but this is still good.

Go to Settings >Select System > Select Advanced > Select Reset options> Select Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth> Select Reset settings > Select Reset settings again.
