The app was good previously but lately it shows false timing of bus which suddenly changes and sometimes bus even disappear after it's shown close to my location. Idk what is this error but it's causing lot of stress and miscommunication. We trust this app and we plan the schedule according to it. Wait for bus and than this happens which makes me late to reach places. Please fix it and show correct timing

Great App which is very useful. Very accurate that I can make my travel plan after looking into this app. The complete route of a bus can be traced from start point to end point. The location of the bus can also be traced. Overall, an app that saves me since I don't have to keep waiting in a bus stop. However, the bus suddenly disappears from the start point after completion of a trip and reappears after a few stops.

My phone was stolen, I bought a new one and installed this app. I had some amount in my wallet in my old phone but in the new phone the wallet isn't working. My old amount is also gone and I don't have the option to add money to the wallet again. I have filled the Google form thrice. I was told I will be contacted in a day but it has been over a week and no response yet I have to use cash to buy the tickets again. Worst system design I have seen ever. Even college projects work better. WASTE.
