Interac has changed their interfaces for a few months and the app still hasn't updated to open etransfer link with the app.

Worse bank for e-transfer. It takes over 30 mins to transfer money to someone. Other banks are instant. I bought something off of Facebook marketplace the other day, sent money through e-transfer, had to wait about 40 mins at the person's door for him to get the money. insane. BNC gotta do something about this.

Statements for credit cards do not show total balance owing for each individual user. The bank claims they do but I don't see it anywhere in this app. Each month I must add up each users transactions to know who owes what amount. It's beyond frustrating and a complete warts of time when other banks do it easily.
