I've seen several people here with the same complaint that I have about the app. Essentially it's useless most of the time. It tells me it's a failed login and doesn't recognize the password. I can sign onto the website with no problems, I have the password memorized, and written down in my files. So I'm certain it's not me. I have been very happy with the phone service, the price is great and the customer service is excellent, but this app seriously needs a makeover.

For last couple of years this app will only work occasionally, then you can not log in because of incorrect username or password, when both were the same when it was working. Trying to reset password was an exercise in futility. Customer support had a different "solution" every time you contacted them. Again sometimes it worked but most of the time it didn't. App is a complete zero. If you want to check your usage with CC you will simply have to call them and go through thier menu.

The app used to be fine, now it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. Although when I log in via the website it works. I even tried to reset the password, still the same issue. I even uninstalled then reinstalled the app, same problem. I'm happy with the service and cost for service, but the buggy app situation needs to be addressed and resolved.
