This entire service is awful. Technical support says they'll get back to you within an hour but they respond a day later. The join button on the app for tele health visits don't work. The website doesn't work. I've tried twice to see a provider and the first time I sat in zoom call for 30 minutes waiting for the doc and messaging support just for the doc to tell me I was late to my appointment, but he never got into the zoom link I was provided with? Would never recommend this place to anyone

The app is broken. Can't log in. Can only use if verification code is confirmed and it wont send through either SMS text or email. Can only use the website with very limited use. Can't input my insurance either. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the doctor (which in no way is at fault for this) was very helpful. The chatbot team wasn't helpful either. Just prewritten tips that weren't fixing the bug issue.

App was unable to connect to my appointment correctly. On a fiber Wi-Fi connection, 3 feet from signal, and internet working fine on my home computers connected same way. It was frustrating not being able to meet with the doctor and get the help I need. It was also very frustrating not knowing what's next. Were they going to call me back, were they going to reschedule, what is the expected time frame, etc... I do not recommend this app, for now. Maybe I'll come back and update this later.
