There are outages on the app and the infrastructure doesn't seem to very stable at all. I get laggy behaviour, endpoints taking ages to respond, and I've been bombarded with multiple confirmation and error prompts when trying to book a class at my local club. Fingerprint reader is temperamental, I'm regularly logged out of sessions. The UX for the login screen needs work. Not sure which digital agency you guys got in to build this App, but you guys need to give them a GOOD telling off.

There are consistent errors with the app, such as not being able to order food. Today, there were two pickleball courts available in the app that could not be booked, the link to the guest pass opened the app, but nothing appeared, and the table tennis tables don't seem to be available to book. It was suggested that the table might be under badminton, which it wasn't. For a club that charges so much, the app should be a lot better. Uodate: still bad

The new app is a huge NO, sorry DL! There are a lot of information at the class booking section I don't understand why it's there, it makes the whole booking process an official pain. Also the new app fails to be working all the time, even if it lets me to book it's not showing instantly I booked in to a class so who knows what's happening. I can't put this into my calendar now! Come on DL, we expect a bit better for our £220 a month, seriously! I'd be really happy with the old app!
