So far it was great. No I'm concerned that I'm not getting all of my money. Called today and the customer service rep said they're working on updates to the software / app... I'm missing close to $40. That's from two shifts. That will add up fast if this keeps going.. and I hope it doesn't so I don't have to make other calls to get this sorted out. Loved it until this. Been using the app for well over 6 months with little to no issue that wasn't resolved fast. But this is different..

I had the correct login information, but it wanted me to verify with an old phone number that I no longer had access to. I tried to find a way to send a verification code to my email instead, but there wasn't an option. I tried to contact customer service, but after sitting on call for 30 minutes and never reaching a human, I just decided to delete the app altogether.

The app is great especially when it's working and when I say when it's working I mean logging it is the worst login system I've ever came across. especially if you don't have any biometrics on your phone or PC the moment you type in the password that you set it says incorrect, so I reset the password after I reset the password. I type in the new password. it still continues to say incorrect. now I'm in this endless loop of resetting my password to the point where I get locked out of my account
