Ratings and reviews

The phone system gives you an AI rather than a human, then the AI pushes you this app, which then in turn tells you you need to download another one title nearly the same and wasting a bunch of data and time. My family's been members of AAA since 1954 and it's always been a pleasant experience talking with a human and having them quickly send out someone to give your battery a jump or a quick tow, but now you're annoyed wasting time with an AI phone call all they can save a few dollars.

Why do I need notifications turned on for the app to work? The only notifications I ever get is the app telling me that they track my driving. The notifications always seem to come in between 9 PM and 10 PM. WTH AAA? update- I think the app is broken. I used to get notifications at night. Now I'm getting them in the middle of the night between 3 and 6 AM. Not Cool!

It works very well for roadside assistance which is why I gave it 2 stars and not 1, but if I try to log in to my actual account (e.g. to renew insurance), it always says that an error occurred, unauthorized with a number, and an error code, which changes every time. This was after reinstalling the app. Before uninstalling and reinstalling, I couldn't even get to the login screen. Also, there's no way to find help with the user ID. I had to Google it (wasn't sure if it was my email or policy #)
