Very frustrating to use My driving score was up to 56, and I've had no events logged but now it's down to 50! Ridiculous that you have no idea why. I am a defensive driver, don't text while I drive and yet there is no explanation for the score. plus the app continually logs you out even when you have it open. You have to keep logging in, so annoying. I was with one of the other big agencies, SF, and their app was so much better! AAA should take note of that better app.

My only complaint about this app is new version 3.1.1 does not retain log-in information as the previous versions did. Having to enter your username and password every time is cumbersome, especially if you are in need of emergency services, when you are already stressed. Many users may not remember their username and password in these situations.

Every year I get a notice about my annual automatic payment, and every year, the link leads to a draconian maze of confusion. This year it was even worse, because the app just didn't load. I looked for an update, but it said that I had to install it anew. I did, and eventually seemed to be working, so I removed the old app. Just to check, I opened the new app, and it made me reinstall the one I just deleted. Now I have 2 similar, wonky apps that keep demanding payment, even though I have autopay
