Ratings and reviews

It's working again. I have my fingers crossed that it stays that way. I found no help online, but a while ago it just stopped working with it giving me a wonderful "Oops" message. My biometric login didn't work. And trying to cancel that and use normal login still failed and seemed to be trying my fingerprint. Uninstall/Reinstall didn't help. I went to my phones settings and in the app turned OFF the "Pause app activity if unused" setting and it seemed to start working. Good Luck!

Was great until whatever they did messed up the whole thing and quit allowing me to access my account or even get a password reset request emailed to me because of being forced to download on a different device. It's now pure garbage! I can't use the previous version because the app won't let me. I can't use the new version downloaded on a new device because it won't send me the link to reset my password or even take the current password!!! COMPLETE JUNK!!!! FIX IT!!!!

Not a great app, not easy to use and does not submit payments like it says. I still have to call amd pay o er the phone since any time I use the app it never takes my payment.
