Ratings and reviews

I have used Afterpay for years. However, the app doesn't work anymore. It only gives me a white screen with a spinner and never loads. I have to go through their website and even that has become a total downgrade. I can't make one full payment and it will decline after making multiple payments. The website doesn't allow you to see your profile, how much you have on your loan, contact info, or make any changes. I won't be using this service anymore after my purchases are fulfilled.

Works like a credit card, but w/o the late fees or interests. When everything's good, it's great! But if it's bad, they won't help you. They close disputes before fully investigating the problem. They'll repeatedly ask for info you already gave. If you get a refund on an order, NEVER OPT FOR STORE CREDIT. You'll still have to pay them for the returned items. No one tells you this. And they always overcharge you for your purchases in case of "unexpected fees," and won't always refund you. Be wary

I absolutely love afterpay !! Its a life saver !! I love being able to get what we need and do it in payments. edit.. I have been using after pay for years very very rarely do I have a late payment. I hate the fact that someone can use this app loyaly for years. and make just one late payment, only a day late might I add and all of a sudden the amount that I am allowed to get goes from 750 down to 70. that is ridiculous. over one , day late payment.
