Ratings and reviews

I have sent money to Pakistan many times, but it is received in very difficult. The customer care staff are very arrogant and do not listen at all. On 02/10/2025, I tried calling for 4 hours, but the call never connected to the helpline. Even if it connects, the customer care does not help with money refunds. In other apps, there is a refund option and the money is returned immediately, but with the Alinma Bank app I am not satisfied at all, as refunding is very difficult.

If you want to be scammed and delayed download this application, very wasteful application, this One of the worse financial application ever, I did a transaction to Pakistan and they mean there is a problem with the transaction, if there's a problem then why not refund my money, they have kept my money for about a week or more and they don't care, very poor customer service, nothing good about this bank and application

I like the alinmabank, but please help me to fix my online banking experience because when everytime I open it's hard to login or open my online banking account. Sometimes it's loading I don't know how to fix it. I not have time to visit the branch. Thank you for helping
