The good: the unlimited membership offer 30 days trial period so that user can decide if they keep it or not. The collection appears to be quite large. The bad: it is impossible to search a composer or performer and get a list of all relevant works. The worst part is that one feels overwhelmed by so many items that are pushed to one. For a membership fee supported platform, it shouldn't be the case.

This is one of the glitchiest apps I've ever used. lt frequently just stops in the middle of a song. When you try to restart the app is blank. Forcing you to have to close it and restart it. The current new hell I'm experiencing is in the version on my smart TV. For some reason now the search feature has stopped working. It allows you to type in what you want to search for but when you press search it deposits you outside of the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it doesn't do anything. The music sounds great when you can access it.

music rarely ever plays and when it does play, only plays one song. this happens on all devices no matter what internet connection is used and also on cell connection. liteally 5 to 10 minutes between songs if at all. i have been prime for over a decade withuot this issue. meanwhile all other music services work fine on every device. terrible service by prime music. buyer beware.
