The Amazon Relay mobile app is for carriers, owner-operators and drivers who want to manage their Relay freight on the go. From the grocery store checkout line to the parking lot of fuel stop, carriers and owner-operators can use the app to book and manage loads anywhere they get a phone signal. And truck drivers can use the Relay app to find the safest route for their Amazon cargo, along with site-specific information about facilities that makes entry faster.

I feel like it's pointless and unfair to drivers to have a system to report delays, but still have your performance score effected. There's a drop-down box with 10+ reasons (which all seem liable if that's what's actually going on for the driver), but you're still dinged for it. What's the point of even asking then? Also, I find it unfair for drivers to be dinged for Amazon canceling a load that you've already accepted. Performance scores matter in load options, therefore in livelihoods.

July 5 1024. So now we have to take selfies 3 - 4 times during the work day. We have to ALWAYS have our location on for them. ALWAYS. Now the app glitches out on me from time to time. Sometimes when I am at a facility attaching to a trailer the app will say that the trailer is in a different location. When I try to hit the button to edit the details, it does nothing. It will stay stuck on that screen until you get to your next stop. Then, you will get a performance hit for not using the app. Smh

The maps are terrible. The upcoming direction box is huge, but font small, You can't see anything but a straight line on the screen 90% of the time, and by time a turn is displayed, its already in progress, if you haven't missed it. The vocal command prompts are annoying; I don't need to keep being told to join the highway, where else am I gonna go? The no-truck symbol should be on the no-truck streets, not the intersection.
