Sound stop working in my app for over 2 weeks now. suport sucks.. I've tried reaching out and contacting the company and keep getting asked questions that have nothing to do with the app. They are no help whatsoever in solvingthe problem. The system has been on a decline for a long time now. I'm already looking at getting rid of this system for a new one from a different company. It's been working less and less, became more and more junk. I do not recommend it. Don't buy their products either.

The humanoid detection is flawed. The motion alert activation has no sensitivity setting. I get tons of alerts at night whenever a bug flies in front of the camera. I had to turn off notifications. Basically, it defeating the point of a motion and humanoid alert system. Otherwise, the set-up was easy, and the quality of the cameras is pretty good for the price.

DONT BUY!!!! I bought this device last September before we went on vacation. I specifically bought it so we could watch on our mobile devices. We had it set up and working and went on vacation the following week. When we returned it did an update. It hasn't worked on our mobile devices since then. I've reached out to tech support. They can't figure out what's wrong so they sent me a link for instructions on how upgrade the device. Did that and still nothing!
