the one show I downloaded this app for is garbage. I want to cancel my subscription, but they've made it infuriatingly hard. there's no email. there's no app, even though they say there is. I can't log in. I've been trying for an hour and am stuck in a revolving process of logging in, authenticating every detail of my whole life, and then being asked to log in again any time I try to actually access something. apparently, they'd rather I call them and scream at them so they stop taking my money.

Within 2 hours of using the app It kept logging me out and logging me back in. offering me the free trail dozens of times with no way to clear it. Then, when it would kick me out of a show, I would not be able to use the continue watching feature. All in all, a poor first impression and their support number staff couldn't help me either because my account was under review.

it's impossible to cancel a subscription. they say to click on manage subscriptions but when I do it's blank and I can't get it canceled any other way. and now it's showing that I'm signed in but when I try to watch something, it says I'm not. that's right. according to apple, im both signed in and not signed in.. this app is horrible. wish I could speak to an actual human being.
