Ratings and reviews

The card itself is fine so far, but I'm rating 1 star because the app is awful. you have to go past a bunch of ads for their HELOC card and balance transfers and other garbage before you can see your transactions. What's worse is they only list posted transactions. Pending transactions are not provided ANYWHERE. If they ever opt to change this and allow me to see info that every other company allows me to see easily I will change my rating. Until then I will leave my rating at 1 star.

As a credit card holder, the app gets the job done, but is lacking in many different aspects compared to other credit card banking apps. Literally no way to see pending vs posted charges. The only alert/notification options are just one generic push notification. I register for biometrics, but a few days later it's like I never did, and then have to do two-factor authentication again. The webpage is no better since it literally mirrors the app functions. Looking forward to improvements.

terrible app. it can inform you of a transaction via notification but the transaction doesn't appear in recent transactions for hours, at least. also, turning on biometric login is pointless. it will still frequently force you to sign in via password. where's the convenience? also pull down to refresh often just sends me back to login.
