I use three other personal banking apps and comparatively it is by far the slowest. Additionally, the mobile check depositing feature of the app is less than reliable. Often, I give up trying to deposit (because it will fail or give errors) and just deposit to a different bank's app and then I have no problems. It's a convenient app but definitely needs much improvement to be competitive with other banking institutions.

Extremely unreliable app. You can never trust the amount it says is in your actual account because their system is so poor that it can be completely different from the number listed. If you have to check your balance over the weekend, good luck. Also, they are constantly performing "maintenance" on their servers. I don't know what for, since there are never any changes and the app just seems to get worse. My suggestion, just go to am ATM and skip this poor excuse for an app.

Was a great app and very easy to use... until it updated. Now I can't log in 🤷🏾‍♂️ I've been trying for days to log in using the mobile app. I think it may have something to do with the biometric security because when I got a new phone, I could log in just fine. Now this i have fingerprint set up, I can't log in at all no matter what type of log in I choose.... I have to Uninstall just to log in. Garbage.. Dont have this problem with Chase, Capitol One, Wells Fargo etc. ONLY Banner.
