Love the hotel, hate the app! The app never saves my login information, even though I have "stay logged in" selected. I have to re-login every time I use the app, which is constantly because I travel for work. I also have to hop over to my password manager every. single. time I login to the app. So if you get past all that aggravation and try to use the app, it's glitchy AF. From constantly crashing, to often booking different dates than I entered. Just use the website, save yourself.

USELESS, WASTE OF TIME. I'm trying to book. I can log on perfectly fine, choose a hotel then here it comes...the circling, then the freeze. I'll try opening the app again then I will be shown half the hotel picture not including the price on some. Then the circling again. Look, I'm trying to book, this has been going on for quite some time. Fix this. You are well aware. Collecting money but frustrating your customers. By the way, the offers and promotions have changed for the worse.

This app has gone from very useful to an absolute waste of space on my phone. Now, if I try to open any kind of search on it, it circles and circles, then tells me that my connection may be too slow. It never was in the past, it never is for anything else, but all of a sudden it is too slow for the Best Western app?? Will probably just delete it and rely on the website for information from now on.
