Worst management ever, poor performance from customer service which they don't have any clue about follow-ups due to poor accountability, inactivate your account without notifications which make you unable to transfer or withdraw money or even receiving money, they inactivate the account due to unprofessional practices from the compliance department. In the end, they block you in order not to chat with the kids through the application, withdraw your money and leave the Capital group.

The app is pathetic and crashes a lot. They are an amateur Fintech as when I first enrolled I was able to receive international transfers until one day it took more than 10 days and the transfer did not go through. I called the customer care more than 5 times and they gave me different excuses and lastly they told me that Blink cannot receive international transfers I argued and said I have received some in the past. Absolutely ridiculous and cannot replace a bank for this reason.
