I am constantly getting notifications that I have a new jpay email message...but nothing's there. It's extremely late, evidently, eith the notification and is trying to catch up with itself. I have gotten over 20 notices with no email to be found. It also is common to find that I can't get in because it says there's some "error". Anyway, I love being able to talk to my loved one is such a convenient and timely manner. I hope these miniscule issues get worked out.

The idea of the app is great. But the service not so great. You buy the stamps so that you can send messages or what not.. but the fact that my husband hasn't been recieving my messages and I havent his. It's really frustrating that here and there messages will go through. If that's the case then the stamps we use shouldn't be taking out of our balance if we are not getting each others messages. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ALREADY!!! Thank you!also how to make it quicker when messages actually go

I like the app because it is an alternative way for me to stay in touch with my husband, but that's only when it works properly (which is only 40% of the time on this phone). I'm constantly getting error messages. For instance, while in the Snap 'n' Send mode, it won't let me take a picture and send it to him. It always bumps me outta the JPay app, then pops up with an error/dispute form for me to fill out. I get tired of filling it out for nothing to get done. PLEASE IMPROVE THE APP!!!
