This app works well with setting and wifi connection setup. I can't get any information for maintenance or details on errors. The water leak detection went off, and I couldn't even use the app to see details on resolving/ troubleshooting. It just loads and loads and loads then times out. the dishwasher is awesome, but the app is a complete fail.

Have been using this app for 7 months remotely starting the dishwasher while I was away at work. It worked fine until the past 2 weeks when it no longer will connect remotely while I was at work or away from home. But when I'm home and in closer proximity to the dishwasher, the app works fine. Not sure what happened for this change. My husband tried to install the app recently so that we can both have remote access and his app won't even connect to the dishwasher at all.

Fantastic dishwasher, terrible app. The app often / usually refuses to connect on the first attempt, is very slow to respond, and is frustrating. Three of us in the house with three different versions Android phones have similar experiences. The most frustrating part is that you are required to use the app to use the appliance, assuming you want to use more than one favorite cycle.
