It usually works eventually, but it's janky. You'll often open it only to find the Unlock feature missing—sometimes it shows up after a few seconds, sometimes you have to force kill the app and restart it. Even on an excellent connection (I'm in the middle of Manhattan) server delays are super noticeable making the UI bad. It feels like they're trying to render the UI based on what they receive from the server in terms of your access at time of load, but if so it's a mistake (and unsafe).

I like their application no doubt, but their "Tap To Unlock" feature doesn't work on my phone, and their support team do not want to help me because they don't know how to fix this issue on an android 😑. They ghosted me after a few emails. And when I reached out to them after a week their response was, "If the issue still persists, unfortunately you will need to contact your phone manufacturer or Android support directly, as it’s very likely the cause is device-related."

All of a sudden the app has stopped working on my google Pixel 7 Pro(I've been using this for work for 1 year). I have done everything to get it to work. Made sure the updates were up to date, uninstalled and re installed it, and rebooted my phone. I am the only person in out building that uses it that has a Pixel. I installed it to my ipad and have had no issues. I reached out to support and it's been 2 weeks and i still haven't gotten a follow up. Beware if you are anything, but and IOS user.
