Ratings and reviews

Have alot of time and effort involved on recording the maintenance on my cars and attaching pictures of receipts. Recently I noticed one of my vehicles was no longer in the garage portion of the app. I have reached out a couple of times now to support about the issue but after over 3 weeks still have not heard anything other than "we are experiencing high volumes of customer requests. We are aware that you are still awaiting a response to your request for assistance". Very disappointing!

It occasionally wipes all manual entries. I go to a mechanic who doesn't use Carfax, so I will enter the repair and maintenance history myself. For whatever reason, after adding a new car to my profile, it will wipe these entries after a while. It's a good thing I saved my receipts!! Recently, it even wiped 4 months of consistent fuel fill-ups, and I DON'T have the receipts for those, so I can't re-enter them. This is incredibly frustrating!

App works well enough for me; but I have two suggestions. 1) Give users the ability to create a backup of ALL CAR DATA they have entered manually--repairs, gas tracker, tire mileage, etc onto the phone's SIM card, internal memory, or a desktop or laptop computer. Having driven the same car for years, losing that data is very risky! 2) Add a way to switch from dark to light mode and vice versa (if that setting exists, I can't find it). Does dark mode use the phone's system settings? Thanks.
