was a very good app, and support was great until a couple of yrs ago. But in this time, additional security features are a must. There are no card control options on the account except locking the card.There's no option to set the transaction limit/ daily limit when it comes to managing CC. chat service is not very helpful. The links they provide dont seem to open.

Zero stars if I could. The WORST. Horrible support service, never reply when a customer contacts for help, and they unjustly block accounts yearly because their app is very bad and doesn't do its job for digital services. They claim to be leading in digital but fail to function properly or even provide alternative ways to submit important information. Avoid to save your money. They also put false charges on you due to their own failure to fix the issues they make for the customer.

I will rate this 1 star because of this issue. I wanted to pay through the bank in-store, which means I need to make the payment immediately. However, I have to add the account as a beneficiary and wait for the cooling-off period before I can proceed. Isn’t there a faster way to send money without having to add it to the beneficiary list first? What if this is an emergency transfer? CBD expects us to wait for the cooling-off period,Please consider adding a fast transfer option .
