Ratings and reviews

Too limited in features. It does not even provide details on transactions to approve unlike when logging directly to website. At times, logging in alone does not even work (clicking login button doesn't do anything). Also, app abruptly closes whenever approving transactions. Too many User Experience issues for a simple bank app with limited functions vs. its competitors' where I also have accounts with.

Hi. After downloading it on my phone, I was not able to open it because it says that my phone is rooted. However when I checked, my phone was actually not rooted. I even made a hard reset on it but still the same scenario so I was thinking that it could be a bug on this application. Kindly fix this as soon as possible. Please notice how badly people are reviewing this app. If you have concerns for your customers, make this a priority considering that we are all under community quarantine.

If there is -0 that will be my score! The old app is working fine. This app keeps on saying that my phone is rooted but it us not. Useless!! Everytime I need to access my online acct it shows that it is locked out? Your app and acct online is so inconvenient to us and critical. Poor customer service!
