If you're logged out you're not getting back in. I get either a black screen, it says that there was trouble logging in, or a Neverending loading screen, and both Chrome and Opera GX says the site is unsecured. I recently upgraded to a new phone, fully updated, and every app is up to date. this is a chic fil a problem, and browser based login for apps never works. I have even changed my password, cleared cache, and rebooted. still doesnt work.

I like how easy it is to order on, there are times things are complicated, like choosing a delivery place, but I almost never use that. its easier for me to place my order then slip in to pick it up. I also like how easy it is to get points with the scan bar. I especially like having the coupons sent to me, the store i frequent always sends me little thank you coupons for free stuff, & this app makes it easier to get those. its not a perfect app, but there's no such thing.

Update: Still doesn't work, so still gets one star for the reasons below Frequent Login Problems. The app is great, if you can stay signed into it... however, if you're kicked out for any reason it will reject your login, and force a password reset. I've dealt with this over two phones and a few years, and at this point it won't even let me reset my password. So, I guess I am done with Chick Fil A since they apparently have kicked me off the island.
