On top of the app being slow they show some vendors as 'open' while they're really not hence making you order and wait then refunding you later like everything's all rainbows and sunshine, not even a straight refund too, instead one into your "wallet" which is just another way of guaranteeing they have your money. Vendors can accept an order while the rider refuses it hence making you wait till it cancels itself. Shouldn't have even expected much from an app like this. Been using for months.

They approached be yesterday that they're opening a new store "item7" at oniru today and there is a free food and free delivery promo going on in that respect, I did all they wanted (downloaded their app and registered), only for me to order today that the promo is active then they accepted my order around 950am then boom by 12:40 they rejected it and canceled the promo they only refunded the service charge, this is a total waste of valuable time and left me hungry!!! scammers!

Customer support takes too long to respond. There should be a feature that allows one to transfer funds from the wallet to their respective bank, without chatting with customer support. I can't purchase the items that I need, and I still have to wait for customer support before I get my money.
