In the menu, bottled drinks are available but when you order, the items are not available. The shop cannot cancel order from unavailable order. So you have to go on the app and chat with CS. Every CS reply takes 30minutes. Sometimes longer. Just to cancel an order. Update your inventory. Or automate cancellation for unavailable items. Or you know, do both.

Hope there was a way to check real time on how long my order will take for pick up. No matter if it's one cup before me or 20 cups before me, it's still in "Preparing" status. For the grand launch in my hometown, I waited for 2 hours for my order with kids in the car. Pls try to incorporate a way so we can have approx timing. This will improve customer experience on all levels. Thanks.

I hate when the notification for location pop up. I'm at different location. Because of your pop up location, i accidentally order at different location. 1 hour long journey. Good job 👍
