The WW smart bathroom scale app is a companion app to Conair's smart bathroom scales. Easily track your weight, body fat, body water, bone mass, and BMI (Body Mass Index). See everything at a glance on the dashboard, or go in depth with graphs and charts.

Automatically sync your weight to the WW® app if you are a subscriber, or sync your weight to Google Fit and allow your favorite health and fitness apps to access your data and make tracking quick and easy!

Our scales allow up to 9 users to measure and display:
- Weight
- Body fat in %
- Body water (hydration) in %
- Muscle Mass in %
- Bone mass in %
- Body Mass Index (BMI)

Simply open the app, tap “Connect to Scale” and step on – the scale syncs all data to your app and you can review by day, by week, by month or by year. Having all your measurement results at your fingertips helps make it easier to get where you want to be!

They need to fix a bug or it won't let anyone get logged in. I started my weight loss journey a month ago and in my attempts to see if I could get it connected to Google fit or healthconnect I made the mistake of logging out to ensure I could log back in. Though I exported my data ahead of time, I did not expect that after several attempts of uninstalling, reinstalling, attempting to log in/ register, and everything else I did a month ago, I would just be out of luck. My scale is now trash.

I have neither been able to open or register this app after it inexplicably stopped connecting to my scale. After a reinstallation, the app completely stopped working. I had already registered the app before, but now it simply can not connect to my online account. I have checked settings of every kind. It is the only app on my phone with the problem. After several attempts to contact app support, my request has not been serviced by them. This app should be delisted. It is a defunct product.

Why doesn't this work anymore? I've used this app for years. All of a sudden, it wouldn't connect to my phone anymore. I thought the Bluetooth function broke, so I bought another WW Bluetooth scale. That scale wouldn't connect either. So I uninstalled the app, went to the Play store & reinstalled it. Now I can't log in or register. The app is worthless!! And where is all my data for the past few years?!? I'm beyond frustrated!! My Bluetooth pairs with other items, so it's not my phone. Help!
