I love this store, I really do but for the love of everything can you fix this app please? It doesn't matter if I use it connected to my high speed home Internet, phone data, 2 different android phones, iPad, laptop.... This is the slowest moving app I've ever had to deal with. I never understood why places push us to use their app so much but the dang thing don't work most of the time. It makes me want to pull my hair out if I haven't fallen asleep using it. Why is it incredibly slow?

I like TSC!- the app needs help though. Worked okay a few months back- now it's pretty worthless. While it sends a fair amount of notifications- it sadly can hardly search or pull account pages. Clears cart randomly. Also subscribe and save is not functioning well, it just kept kicking shipping to the next day, and the next day... with no explanation for weeks. Going to switch back to Amazon for dog food at least.

Terribly Optimized. Laggy, sometimes crashes, sometimes when I'm trying to filter something I can't even select more than half the filters, it just doesn't register my taps? I checked for updates, ofc, it's up to date. Needs to be optimized better, you "might" be better off using the browser, assuming it's better optimized than the app. 😮‍💨
