I've used this app for a few years to make payments, as of the past week, the app has been very glitchy. I've been logging in, trying to make a payment and it says no payment due, which isnt true. I load my info to make an express payment and just when I get it all entered, a message pops up saying there is an issue on our end, we're trying to resolve the matter.

I've only had this card for 2 weeks. Credit One is not exactly the best to have. 1. They offer me a $2,000 limit only and only approved $400. 2. There is a charge for $75 before I ever received my card. The charge does not appear on my account but my available credit limit is decreased to $300. 3. On my travels I spent only $200 of my credit limit, which is now at $0 available when there I supposed to be $200 still available. There is no way to contact an actual person. All automated/mail

The actual app is easy to use and self explanatory. However, for more than a year now, the app no longer sends text message reminders when a payment is coming due—even though the option is selected. All notifications are permanently turned on for this app in my phone. I'm unsure what changed, but it's failure to work properly has cost me late fees on a several occasions. Which is especially irritating because it has been just card fees added to my zero balances.
