Used as a student for college, and this is by far the worst app I've had to use for my education. Unlike it's competitors, the mobile app doesn't allow for most of the functionality of the desktop experience, often having to redirect you to the mobile site that's equally flawed. Content (including urgent notifications) can take over an hour to produce a notification. I'm told the professor/teacher experience is somehow even worse.

App won't let me login to my University. When I enter my credentials, it opens a web browser and I get stuck in an infinite "return to pulse" loop: when I click the button, nothing happens. literally cannot use the app for its intended purpose because I can't even log in. Also when I click on notifications, the app freezes or doesn't bring them up. Wish we still had blackboard.

Slow, no cache, logs out after a day, none of the notification links work, grades may or may not show up, and to get to brighspace, you have to find a document to open, rather than just including a button to get there so i can read a single classes announcements (because there is no notification filtering).
