App just doesn't work most the time. I have made it the password manager on my phone (Galaxy S25 Ultra), and it just doesn't autofill consistently. Biometrics are on, but I still have to enter the password every day. I have enabled all permissions except location and I gave it unrestricted battery access. When I come to a login prompt in chrome etc, it rarely provides the login credentials. PC Chrome addon works fine. I've been a premium user for years, but the app disappoints.

The app has always worked well for me as a password database, and with autofill. However, the "fill in your Master Password" prompt has been popping up to the point that it is incredibly frustrating and invasive. If I'm using the same device I always use, I should not have to put in my Master Password more than once a week; the app is supposed to make it so you don't HAVE to constantly type in passwords; but just today I've had to type in my Master Password at LEAST six or seven times.

I have paid for premium for many years, so that I can use it on "all of my devices". Except that I can't use it on my laptop anymore, because of work restrictions. Fine, but now Dashlane has improved it so much, it will no longer work on my Samsung tablet!! It has worked for years. You can't go backwards and call it an improvement. I have no reason to pay for this anymore, and I certainly recommend to my friends they not bother. There are other, apparently better, password managers.
