Lately the app will let you clock in OK but crashes when you try to clock out. Uninstalling then reinstalling will allow you to clock out, But then the next day it happens again. I called to ask about it and was told it is a known (Android?) issue and they're working on it, and was told to do manual entries in the meantime, but that was several weeks ago and nothing has changed since then.

This app crashes almost every single time I try to use it. I clocked into my shift, and anytime I try to clock out, the app crashes. I've tried a dozen times. Please fix this issue ASAP or else this app is worse than useless to me. What's worse, whenever I try to contact DCI, they can't help me directly and they give me some other phone number that gives me a "busy" signal when I try to call it. Please fix your software so we can serve our clients without having to deal with endless hassles!

Usually needs to be connected to WiFi to work properly, awful when you have run out of data. Today before I log in, it says it's out of date and to confirm to update. So I update by pressing confirm, nothing happens. I tried your typical stuff like turning on and off the wifi, closing the app, I even uninstalled it and i get the same thing. Last time I used it was yesterday afternoon and it was working. Update1/2021: add a feature where it updates itself.
