Quit Tracker is an effective daily reminder focused on freedom from smoking, but also alcohol, TV, junk food, cell phone or other addictions. Quit Tracker encourages you to overcome one day at a time. I was prone to relapses, but seeing my Quit Tracker daily progress reinforces my resolve to keep the streak going. It can also be used for good things like taking daily walks, sticking to a healthy diet, or exercise.

Overall a good app, I like how if you had a slip you just refresh and your total savings is still saved. Don't like how if you hit purchase on something accidentally it doesn't let you remove it. I like the quotes and distraction games on there. It definitely helped a lot when I felt like having a cigerette I looked at the health stats and my progress and that really helped. I've smoked since I was 15 and I'm 43 now, only going on 8 days so it's early but I feel good about it this time

It's a great app. I like that it gives you the option to enter how much your pack costs and how much you are saving by the minute/day. I also like that it shows you how much you smoked/money you've spent. It really gets you thinking about your life choice. However, I think the progress tracker should be a day by day thing because not everyone handles these things the same. Also, no motivational phrases. We already have a list of reasons why we are quitting and that is our motivational phrases.
