Simple to use to dispute a parking ticket that was not valid. Easy to upload photo evidence and explain your case EDIT 10/2024 just got my first ticket in a long time. Tried to use the app to pay, but it doesn't let you get past the Payment page. It gives 4 options to pay, eCheck, Credit/Debit card, PayPal or Venmo. I have tried ALL 4 methods, but they all go to a Billing Information page where you enter your name, address, phone, etc... but it gets stuck there. No button to continue.

Used the app to pay a ticket same day, like they push you to, and I got the confirmation that I'd paid successfully... Only to have the city apply late fees a month later for non-payment. 411 told me over the phone that the app doesn't always work, and it's on you to check your bank account to make sure it clears. They take no accountability if this app fails.

You'd think that they'd want to make it easier to pay the tickets but... does not save payment methods. Will not allow you to copy paste credit card info. Does not auto fill credit info. If you move to another app whatever you've tried entering disappears. Also, currently in 2023 the app doesn't work, whenever I enter the license number or the ticket number I get an error message. Now, 2025, the app isn't letting me get past the address page to pay by check.
