horrible app. 1st off, when you log in your computer you have to approve the sign in on your phone. that was frustrating at first because I kept forgetting that so I would have to dig in my purse to find my phone. now, after you approve on your phone, you have to enter the code thats provided THEN once you're in you have to wait for the code they send you an enter that. meanwhile, I can't get paid until I clock in after all these verifications. 🤬🤬 money lost

would give 0 stars if i could. I've had to use this app for years at school, and it has never worked for a period longer than a week. The web browser support is awful, it is impossible to reach customer service. The app regularly decides that the settings on my phone or computer are wrong and it will not work, even when I haven't changed the settings ever and it worked just fine. Literal garbage. Cannot wait to be done using it.

Very annoying app. The worst part is that the push notifications just don't work. I have to manually open the app to see the request and approve it. Then, a few minutes later, the push for the original request will finally show up in my notifications, by which point it's useless and I don't need it anymore. Also, I emailed the support email for the app store to mention my issue and all they said to me was that the email support was for paying DUO users. Why put that email for the free app?!
