i've just spent roughly 3 hours texting with 3+ different people about the problem of earthlink mobile app's inability to provide an icon for my main page. the app is downloaded, installed and opens. The only problem is there's no icon to click to get to my mail. I have to go back to the playstore, click on "open" and then it opens. I've swiped up & looked thru the app list in settings - not there. They've sent links twice to permit their access-no help at all.

This app is close to worthless. The only 2 things I need it for, is to pay my bill and get support. Otherwise, don't bother downloading. As far as emails go, sign into another email app with your EarthLink account. ★Please fix★If you happen to not pay your monthly charge, service is disputed. But then, when you block access to signing into the account, I can't pay my bill without calling.

Another badly-designed app! "Remember me" and finger scan doesn't work so you have to enter your email address and password each time you want to check your email. There is no drop-down box for all your accounts so each one must be re-entered in its entirety and it kept opening to a secondary account. My attempt to chat with customer support failed when he went to check the problem with signing in and never returned. All together frustrating and a waste of time.
