Ratings and reviews

The app used to work fine, but after the update, it never remembers me. I repeatedly check the "remember me" box and toggle on the "biometric recognition" to use my thumb print, but the app never records this input. I have had a version of this app where the biometrics worked and it always remembered my username, so I know that it's possible. Why they continued to make updates that make the app worse, I will never know. Please fix the app, I like banking here.

UPDATE: Disabling my VPN fixed my login problem. Don't love that but at least it's working now. Great... when it works. Nearly every update results in an inability to log in for at least a few days. It's incredibly frustrating when I can't manage MY money unless I'm at my PC at home. I've been happy with everything else at MidFirst for many years but this has me considering a change.

I doesn't open a lot and I can never get in. I never had this issue before I had to switch to this new app. Please fix. Update: Still have the same issue from months back. can never get the app to open. Very frustrating. Update: Called the bank and said my phone is compatible but still does not open or work. And the online browser one now is super slow and takes forever? Can yall fix this or do yall know how?
