App has been buggy lately after years with no issues. A few times in the past month or so I've gotten to the last screen and the "place order" button just isn't there. I put in the tip and . . . that's it. Nothing happens, nothing loads, I'm stuck. I finally give up and go to the website to finish my order. I love FD but the app has been a pain lately.

I started using Fresh Direct during lockdown and was pleased with their service. I do prefer shopping in person. And sometimes they don't have a few products that I like that my local grocery store has so I shop there more often. But when I am feeling stressed or have too much going on, it's really handy to be able to order and get delivery. I've always been pleased with the products. The app is handy. I even got an unexpected box of free food as an "anniversary" gift.

Knocking this down to 3 stars because the app has decided to bombard me with popup marketing notifications which cannot be disabled without disabling ALL app notifications - including the critical ones actually related to my orders and deliveries, the only ones I care about and want. Also negative marks for not offering any sort of review system about various products or even just private notes about which items I like or want to skip in the future. I like the app but could be better
