Booked my ticket for 3rd May 2025, 10:20 am. And they canceled one hour from departure. And NueGo didn't provide alternate busses, what's the point in booking if that can cancel. When called to the customer care, they just say the busses are canceled (that I know from message I got). Refund will take 5 to 7 business days. Till then I have to keep this useless app.

wrost bus and customer service is very bad. The issue is when I book my ticket after some time my mind was changed later I changed my ticket and the nuego app shows your full refund initiated in your account in 5-7 working days but the payment not credited in my account yet and when I call customer care, he said this is not under the policy.

Worst app and service. If you really want to travel and reach on time never ever use this app and their service. Firstly they will take your booking and then the game begins they wont be answering your call the support team is completely useless. I must suggest them to close this app and do something else. Thanks for making me miss my flight
