the app works... some times. You have to be basically in the gym lobby for the location to pick up the gym you want a bar code to access. It takes a solid 25 seconds to load the bar code, so you are always waiting. Then there are many times when it has an error and it takes longer. The times it doesn't work is about 1 in 20. The service works on being a perpetual visitor, so it causes issues with subscription services.

Avoid this company at all costs! Their business model is to falsely accuse their customers of no-showing to classes in order to extort fees from you. Their support is non-existent and consists of automated messages telling you to pay money and get extorted. Do not give them money! They will claim you didn't check in even though it was their app that didn't work

This app doesn't generate the barcode for the gym I want to go. It's been almost two months. The customer service always says the internal team says the problem has been resolved. I am canceling the gympass membership because I realized I can join the gym I want to go with the price I paid for gympass membership. Why waste money on the app that doesn't work.
