Was good until the most recent update. The ability to pay my monthly bill is gone now? And tracking does even work anymore. I use another app at the same time to make sure my GPS is being used and it hasn't been tracking my movement consistently for about a week now. Used to be good from what I hear. Had it for 2 months then they went to yearly plans for a final cash grab on us.

I like the service but this app is draining my battery! When looking at my battery usage in the settings, helium mobile is always the biggest draw by far. For example, Instagram, which I use all day, has only used 5% while the helium mobile app has used 30% in the same time period! I used to be able to go a whole day without changing. Now, my phone needs to be charged all the time since installing this app.

The service has good coverage. I'm currently on the free plan because I wanted to test the service out and it is enough for my needs. The paid plans are at a nice price point as well. In the future, if the pricing remains affordable I may switch. Definitely worth it. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the requirement of leaving location services constantly active while on the free plan is a bit extreme. It's very draining on the battery and shouldn't be necessary.
