Ratings and reviews

The app frequently logs me out every few days, forcing me to repeat the entire setup process. OTP/message verification often fails, and at times I have to wait up to 24 hours before I can log in again. This makes the overall experience very inconvenient. I request the team to kindly look into this issue and provide a smooth and reliable banking experience.

A good app became unusable. I has been using rhe app atleast 7-8 years on regular basis. and from last 2 weeks it is not even letting me log in. somehow it was logged out and will not verify the mobile number now to login. even when I try using login by mobile number keyboard will not show up. Definitely someone in developer team know how to break something that is working fine.

After the recent update, the app is unable to authenticate my number, hence not working. Kindly identify the error and rectify it as t the earliest. The problem was solved in 2 days, but later, after an update today, the problem started again, I think the updates are intended to chase away the clients...
