Secure access
Once the app is installed and your profile is created, you can access it using a 5-digit secret code. For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Worst. Launch. Ever. Can't access bank with old app, can't register my account in the new app, you've left me with ZERO WAY to access my bank with my phone. That's a very basic function of any bank now. Seriously ING! You didn't even give enough time to fully bake your new app...didn't want to be late for some bureaucratic deadline that some executive promised I'm sure. I have not had any problems with ING/smart banking in the past but as a traveler, I may need a new bank if this continues.

For some reason the text in this app seems to be translated from french, by an inexperienced translator. The text in English feels off, including 'I' in front of text that shouldn't have that in English (eg. I Confirm). Other than that, I've had issues with the app before, but in the last year or so it seems quite stable.

Dear Innovation leaders at ING Mobile banking, please stop showing advertisements in the dashboard after login. I need to not know about your awesome deals and fantastic experiences. It is absolutely annoying. I pay for my bank services and have parked enough money there. Why the hell am I treated like a free user? This is not Twitter where you have to search for actual tweets between the ads. But that's exactly how I feel when I have to search for my account between your ad cards.
