lebara's app is simple to use . the only slight annoyance is that you have to get a code to change your details but it's not hard. Their help line can be a bit tricky because you have to stay on the page the whole time to get someone and if you leave you start all over again so you can't go and use another app, it took me 25 minutes once, they were helpful though

Been trying to transfer my number for a week's now, apparently it was meant to do it with 4-6 hours. Staff want you off the chat really quickly, they don't help, I sent an email to them, no response, they don't work weekends, so there's no help there either. The app is clunky, tapping settings boots you from the app and crashes... Do not recommend this company. Rubbish service!!! Don't get involved with them!!

The app wasn't showing my bonus data. After a phone call (& a lengthy wait in queue), I was told it will show up if I log in using a web browser. So, what's the point in the app then? I was close to my plan's expiry, so I asked if the bonus data would be banked. I was informed it would, but I lost it all! I was just trialling Lebara, I've decided to try someone else instead now.
