The features of the app are subject to change. The app is free but download charges apply for downloading from Google Play Store/App Store. Non Lebara customers can download the app however data charges may apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply.

Ratings and reviews

So frustrating. Every 2 days I'm logged out of the app and need to sign in again. Anytime I try and access settings it says I need to verify my account, which I've done several times. And customer service is a complete joke, I'm unable to make phone calls and have been ignored for several days.

I've been with Lebara for a few years because they were cheap and you could bank data if you didn't use it. Lebara have recently decided (without warning) to get rid of the extra Small plan at $14.95 per month, leaving the next cheapest option being their Small plan at $24.95. There are cheaper options out there, so I'll be porting my number to a new service provider at the end of the month.

Worst app. Scanning barcode doesn't work. Manual entry says sim number not found. Horrible experience.
