I travelled by train number 14807 , Jodhpur Dadar - the arrival of which was on Platform number 1 as shown on Ixigo app. We waited at PF 1 at Sabarmati BG station. Just a few minutes before arrival, it was announced that the train would arrive on PF 6. I was traveling with a toddler with 5 pieces of luggage with me, no coolie on the station and no other escalator facilities. It was a nightmare. Please don't rely on Ixigo completely, as even at the last moment the PF status was not updated.

Its fine to book tickets, but when it comes to thier promise of 3x returns, its useless and waste. Firstly its not 3x but 2x when you want to use this for another train booking, second it is to be used by same travelers and within a week of travel. All these conditions literally makes it useless. lastly they charge higher prices for confirmed booking where the extra price is not refundable and also not counted in 2X. So at the end you pay extra for their benefit and not yours

Fraudulent and Misguiding app. How come there is CNF showing up for the train where the routes are flooded due to heavy rains and already cancelled. You guys are being too pushy in fact designed your app to trick people into buying your "Zero cancellation" (Charging almost the same as actual cancellation charges) and your " Trip guarantee" where the check boxes are already selected unless deselected but, 0.49 paisa travel insurance needs to be scrolled all the way down and be checked.
